Love this place. Always crowded - definitely make reservations! Food is really really good - one of the best in Little Italy! Prices are very reasonable. Service is attentive without being intrusive. White tablecloth.

Mia Bella is a must if you are visiting Cleveland's Little Italy Historic District. The food is amazing. There is nothing on the menu that will disappoint. I particularly enjoy the pork belly and the eggplant pasta. If you do decide to visit Mia Bella parking can be a challenge particularly at peak times.

I consider this restaurant to be the very best in OHIO hands down. There are many fine restaurants, however, the food at Mia Bella is breathtaking. Just the soup is something to behold. Don't miss an opportunity to sit at the oyster bar. The chefs and wait staff are just incredible - they will let you know the different flavor profiles with the oysters, salads are fresh and the tomato and mozz is a beautiful thing. You won't be turned off as you might be sitting so close to the food prep area - this place is supremely spotless and the view of ingredients is a feast for the eyes. This place is absolute perfection!
